Creating a Website for The Loading Dock

Conscious Commerce • August 10, 2023

The Client

For years, our the founders of The Loading Dock Classic, a small group of event professionals came together for a social round of golf. Being event people, it could not stay a casual event for long – a committee was formed, phone calls and emails ensued and meetings on patios enticed the industry to play!

In the first two years, over $15,000 was raised in support of STARS Air Ambulance. A few years ago, the Loading Dock Scholarship initiative was launched, raising money toward elevating the local event industry.

The Problem

For 2023, the organizers behind the Loading Dock Classic wanted a more engaging website. They were looking for a website builder that was easy to edit while also giving them top quality design functions.

The Solution

As sponsors of the event Conscious Commerce, along with existing clients E=MC² Events and Megan Sawchuk Weddings knew that a MAP website was the way to go. The editing capabilities coupled with superior SEO and design functions made the decision a no brainer.

The Results

The Conscious Commerce created the overall design and handed the website over to the clients to add the finishing touches. The final result was a beautifully crafted website that seamlessly integrated with the ticketing engine, providing a pleasant and intuitive user experience.
