Sportsbras.ca is a proudly Canadian owned and operated, online purveyor of sports bras and women’s athletic wear. It is their mission to support women of all shapes and sizes, with great fitting bras that give them less bounce for their buck. 


Sportsbras.ca has a long e-commerce history. They have been selling bras online since 2003; Long before the masses thought it was possible to sell intimate wear online. However, once the company exhausted its own marketing expertise, they came to Conscious Commerce to increase leads and expand their online reach. 


Digital Marketing Services

Sportsbras.ca joined Conscious Commerce for managed services in October 2020. Since then they have seen an incredible 204% increase in users and a 196% increase in online transactions - in less than 3 short months. This was made possible through our integrated marketing services which focused primarily on SEO and Paid Advertising services. 


The following are key areas that Conscious Commerce focused on for Sportsbras.ca’s digital marketing strategy.


Website Refresh

Conscious Commerce gave the Sportsbras.ca website a design refresh and fixed the website architecture so that it was prepped for SEO.

We set up LiveChat and the Wiser App to increase customer engagement and drive sales. LiveChat lets website customers talk to customer service agents in real-time. While Wiser displays recent sales to entice purchases.


Search Engine Optimization

Conscious Commerce completely optimized Sportsbras.ca. This included creating additional SEO content, adding it to key pages and implementing on-page and off-page best practices. Prior to implementation, we performed keyword research, a competitor analysis, and content strategy to identify weaknesses and opportunities.


With these techniques, Sportsbras.ca has been
able to rank on the first page of Google for popular brands such as Enell, Champion and Panache Sports Bras. 


From November to October, Sportsbras.ca saw a +17.52% increase in organic search traffic. This number is expected to increase over time, as search engines continue to crawl the site. 


Paid Advertising

Sportsbras.ca was set up with a Google Ads Search Campaign which saw a 3.7x return on ad spend. The ad spend was divided up over a Brand Campaign, Primary Keywords Campaign and a Dynamic Campaign in Search.

E-Commerce App

Sportsbras.ca was integrated with the MAP website platform’s e-commerce app to make business management as easy as possible. With the app, their team is able to manage inventory and sales on the go, run promotions, change prices, update order status and more. Push notifications can be enabled to never miss a beat. 


Email Marketing

Conscious Commerce moved Sportsbras.ca to Robly, a superior email marketing platform, and created a unique email template. A number of email marketing campaigns have been sent since Sportsbras.ca commenced services in October including the Cyber Monday email below.

These campaigns have seen an above-average Open Rate and Click Rate - which have resulted in additional sales and customer engagement. UTM tracking was implemented to track the success of the campaigns.
